Suspension Clamp For Short-Span ADSS

Production Introduction

The suspension clamp for ADSS is used to ADSS cable on the line support and connect immediate support or support of angle less than 25°.

• Feature of clamp: the clipping strength 10%-20%RTS(Rated Tensile Strength), and the recommended span >200m.
• Included in complete set of suspension: Inner preformed armor rods, outer preformed rods, a suspension head (a pair of aluminum clamp, a pair of plastic inserts, a set of bolts, lock nuts, and lock washers etc.). Eye Chain Link, Anchor Shackle.

Product Structure

• Inner preformed rods: Aluminum alloy rods. It directly enlaces outer layer of ADSS.
• Outer preformed rods: made of aluminum alloy.
• Suspension head: it includes (a)plastic insert, (b)aluminum housing, (c)bolt, (d)lock washer, (e)lock nut, and (f)anti-loose pin. Plastic insert, made up of high quality rubber and centro-reinforcement, has high strength, good elasticity and low compression deformation. Aluminum housing is formed by pressing and forging corrosion resistant aluminunm alloy. Bolt, lock nut, lock washer, and anti-loose pin are all hot galvanized standard components.
• SHACKLE: Hot galvanized steel. The failure load of U-4 is 40kN, U-7 is 70kN.
• Eye Chain Link: Hot galvanized steel. The failure load of ZH-4 is 40kN, ZH-7 is 70kN.
